Life Experiences Reflective Tool (2024)

A totally free, completely anonymous interactive tool for anyone who would like to understand their own experiences of trauma and distress better, learn about their coping mechanisms, beliefs, biases and behaviours. 


Designed by Dr Jessica Taylor in 2024, the Life Experiences Reflective Tool (LERT) is available to anyone in the world aged 16 years or older. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be presented with a personalised trauma profile and lots of information about trauma responses and coping mechanisms.
